Before you submit

I have the right to market this contract and the information above is accurate.

Daisy chains are not distributed. I am the contract holder or a disclosed JV partner of the contract holder, not a third party passing along someone else's deal.

If Robodispo finds a match, I will sign an exclusive JV agreement before any buyer is engaged. On the free plan it gives Robodispo 50 percent of my assignment fee on this deal, and members keep more. Robodispo adds no fee on top of my asking price.

I will update or pull the deal if it goes under contract elsewhere or dies.

I will not contact a buyer directly if that buyer was introduced through Robodispo.
